Enter the MedUni Campus at Spitalgasse 23 (where the trams 5 and 33 stop - the station is called "Lazarettgasse"). Enter Bauteil 86 (BT 86), about 50m behind the building you faced when entering the campus. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
